Professional Experience:

Jan is a tax member at the firm, and has helped clients with a variety of tax matters for over 24 years. Her practice includes income tax planning and compliance for business and individual clients, small business accounting services, and wealth management services. She serves clients in the fields of healthcare, oil and gas, retail, real estate investment and construction.

Professional Affiliations:

Jan has served the Mississippi Society of CPAs in various capacities, as secretary, treasurer, and president. She is a member of the Long Range Planning Committee of the Society, and currently serves as the Society’s at large representative to AICPA Council. Jan has also served as a trustee of the Mississippi Tax Institute, and has been a discussion leader for continuing education classes presented by the Mississippi Society of CPAs. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Mississippi Society of CPAs, and the Central Chapter of the Mississippi Society of CPAs.

Community Involvement:

Jan is very involved in church, community, and educational activities. She is a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison, where she sings in the choir, is a member and former officer of the First Ladies Civitan Club of Metro Jackson, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Richard Adkerson School of Accountancy at Mississippi State University.
