Ted is senior member in charge of the tax division at Haddox Reid Burkes & Calhoun, PLLC, and has been in that position since 2002.  He has 29 years experience serving clients of many different sizes and many different businesses and industries.  His experience includes compliance, research and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, non-profit entities and estates and trusts.

Ted has significant experience in the area of estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Ted also has extensive experience in the area of multi-state corporate taxation to include income taxation as well as franchise taxation.

Over the years, Ted has been involved in multiple corporate merger and acquisition transactions, and has provided tax research and planning ideas to minimize the tax consequences, and at the same time, be in compliance with federal and state laws.

Ted also has extensive experience in representing clients in examinations by the Internal Revenue Service and state tax commissions.
